Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Make Life Clear. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Make Life Clear provides tools for personal reflection, life planning, goal tracking, high-level financial organization, and weekly reviews. The service may evolve as features are improved.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for content entered through your account and must be at least 16 years old.

Membership and trial

Where paid membership is active, the price and billing interval are shown before Stripe Checkout. A trial begins only after you start it through Checkout. Unless cancelled before the date shown in Stripe, the membership renews and the displayed fee is charged. You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You give Make Life Clear the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content back to you as part of operating the service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload malicious material, infringe others' rights, resell access without permission, or use Make Life Clear for unlawful activity.

Not professional advice

Make Life Clear provides organization and reflection tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, medical, legal, tax, or mental-health advice. Scores, calculations, and progress views are based on information you enter and should not replace qualified professional judgment.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Make Life Clear reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that personal goals will be achieved. You should retain exports of information that is critical to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Make Life Clear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.
