See the whole life before choosing what to change.

Score how eight connected areas feel today. Your answers stay in this browser and are not submitted or saved unless you deliberately create an account.

How to score: use 1 when an area feels seriously neglected or unstable, 5 when it feels mixed or adequate, and 10 when it feels deeply supportive. Answer from your experience, not from how life appears to other people.

What this assessment can—and cannot—tell you

The assessment is a reflection tool, not a clinical, financial, or psychological evaluation. Scores make differences visible, but the explanation behind a score matters more. A demanding season can make a low score understandable; a high score may still depend on routines that need protection.

Look for leverage rather than symmetry. A perfectly even “wheel” is not the objective. During one season, work may receive more attention while play stays in maintenance. During another, health or family may appropriately lead. The useful question is whether those trade-offs are visible and intentional.
